As an anonymous user, you are fully responsible for your uploads and their compliance with applicable laws. Voidrop provides the platform; you are accountable for your content.

• ■ You must not attempt to bypass or compromise security measures.

• ■ Unauthorized access to our systems is strictly prohibited.

Files uploaded to Voidrop are automatically deleted upon reaching their expiration date or download limit. We are not responsible for any data loss following deletion.

• ■ Files are automatically deleted according to your selected settings. Manual recovery is not possible.
• ■ Expiration is definitive and irreversible.
• ■ We do not retain backups of deleted files.
• ■ We are not liable for files that are lost or deleted.
• ■ Download limits are enforced automatically.
• ■ File storage is inherently temporary. Please plan accordingly.

Voidrop does not track, log, or store any personally identifiable information. Anonymity is a fundamental feature of our service.

• ■ No IP addresses are recorded.
• ■ No user profiles are created.
• ■ No download history is maintained.
• ■ No access logs are generated.
• ■ No behavioral tracking is conducted.
• ■ We are unable to assist in identifying you or your downloads retrospectively.

Voidrop is provided "as-is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or any issues arising from your use of the service.

• ■ The service is provided without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
• ■ We do not guarantee uptime or continuous availability.
• ■ We are not liable for data loss or file corruption.
• ■ We are not responsible for unauthorized third-party access or misuse of shared files.

While Voidrop enables anonymous sharing, it must not be used for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful activity. Users engaging in such conduct will have their access revoked.

• ■ Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices are not permitted.

You must not upload copyrighted material without appropriate authorization. Voidrop does not store DMCA-protected content and does not process takedown requests after deletion.

• ■ Copyright holders cannot request file removal after deletion.
• ■ We do not monitor content for copyright violations.
• ■ Repeated violations will result in termination of service.
• ■ We are not responsible for disputes between users regarding copyright.
• ■ Exercise caution when sharing. Once distributed, responsibility is yours.

Voidrop is provided without any warranties. We do not guarantee the strength of encryption, the security of files, or that files will remain inaccessible to unauthorized parties.

• ■ K9Crypt encryption is provided as-is.
• ■ We do not warrant the effectiveness of encryption.
• ■ We do not guarantee files will remain private after sharing.
• ■ We do not warrant against data loss.
• ■ We do not guarantee service stability.
• ■ All use is at your own risk.

Under no circumstances shall Voidrop be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages.

• ■ We are not liable for lost files or data corruption.
• ■ We are not liable for unauthorized third-party access to your files.
• ■ We are not liable for misuse of shared links.
• ■ We are not liable for financial loss or damages.
• ■ We are not liable for service interruptions.
• ■ Our total liability is zero. Your use of the service constitutes acceptance of this limitation.

Voidrop reserves the right to terminate access or restrict usage in the event of a violation of these terms. As we do not maintain user accounts, termination is enforced through IP blocking and service revocation.

• ■ Repeated violations will result in permanent termination of service.
• ■ Uploading illegal content will result in immediate termination.
• ■ Harassment or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination.
• ■ System abuse will result in IP blocking.
• ■ There is no appeals process. Termination is final.
• ■ Terminated users may not create new accounts from the same network.

Voidrop is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our servers are located. By using the service, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

• ■ You agree to arbitration in lieu of litigation.
• ■ You waive the right to a jury trial.
• ■ All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
• ■ Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable.
