Your data. Your control. No exceptions. We do not have access to your files, cannot monitor your activity, nor retrieve your information. This is not merely a promise. It is fundamental to our system architecture.
Core Principle
Voidrop is built upon a true zero-knowledge architecture. We are unable to track you because your data is never visible to us. All files are encrypted prior to reaching our servers using K9Crypt encryption. We possess no capability to decrypt, monitor, or analyze your uploads.
All files are encrypted on the client side using K9Crypt before leaving your device. We never have access to your unencrypted data. Encryption is performed entirely within your browser, and only the encrypted payload is transmitted to our servers.

Files are permanently deleted from our servers upon reaching their expiration date or download limit. Data is securely overwritten and cannot be recovered. Once deleted, it is irretrievable, even by us.

You determine who can access your files via optional access keys. If an access key is set, only individuals with the correct key can decrypt and download the file. We have no means to circumvent this protection.

We do not maintain access logs, download logs, or transfer records. There is no record of who uploaded or downloaded files, nor any timestamps of activity.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
Files are encrypted using K9Crypt, a client-side encryption library. Encryption is performed in your browser before any data leaves your device.

All data transmissions are protected by HTTPS/TLS encryption. Even encrypted files are further secured during transit.

Encrypted files are stored on isolated servers. Only the encrypted payload is retained. Never metadata or identifiers.

Files are automatically deleted upon expiration. Deletion is permanent and performed via secure data overwriting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Protect Your File Links
Do not share your file links publicly or with untrusted parties. Anyone possessing the link can access and download your file.
Secure Your Access Keys
If you utilize access keys, ensure they are kept secure. Lost keys cannot be recovered. Loss of access keys results in permanent loss of file access.
Comply With Local Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded files comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Manage Expiration Settings
Set appropriate expiration dates and download limits for your files. Once deleted, files cannot be recovered.
GDPR & DATA RIGHTS
As Voidrop does not collect any personal data, GDPR data subject requests (such as the right to access, rectification, or erasure) are not applicable in the conventional sense. We have no data to provide, correct, or delete.
If you wish to remove a file from our servers, you may do so prior to its expiration via the file management interface. Once deleted or expired, the file is permanently and irrevocably removed.
We neither retain, process, nor share any personal data. We are not considered a data controller under the GDPR, as we do not collect or process personal information.
